We specialize in bulk sales to retailers, resellers, and other businesses looking for wholesale goods in the UK only.
2. Who can purchase from Wizard Alliance?
Only registered businesses in the UK with a physical store can purchase from Wizard Alliance. We cater to retailers, distributors, and resellers who are looking to buy in bulk. Please note we do not allow selling on market places such as Amazon, eBay etc..
3. How do I register for a wholesale account?
To register, click on the “Sign Up” button on our website and fill out the registration form. You will be required to provide business details, including your company name, tax ID, and contact information. Once submitted, our team will review your application and approve it within 24-48 hours.
Orders
4. Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order and it has not yet been processed, please contact our Customer Services team at sales@wizardalliance.co.uk. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be adjusted or cancelled.
5. Is it possible to add an item to my order afterward?
You cannot add items to your order after payment. Please contact our Customer Services team if you wish to amend your order before it has been processed.
6. Is it possible to change my delivery or billing address?
If your order has not been shipped yet, we may be able to update your delivery address. However, the delivery country cannot be changed. For security reasons, billing details cannot be modified once an order has been placed. Contact our Customer Services team for further assistance.
Refunds and Exchanges
7. Am I eligible for a return or exchange?
You can request a return if you provide a video or images of defects or missing products within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the damaged item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. If you meet these conditions, we will cover the return shipping charges.
To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer support team at sales@wizardalliance.co.uk with your order details, images of the issue, and proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
8. Are there any products I can’t return?
Several types of goods are exempt from returns, including:

- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Gift cards
- Health and personal care items
- Sale items (Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.)

The minimum order value is £300. The delivery charge is £15 in the UK. Our carriage-paid service in the UK applies to all orders over £500.

All orders within the UK are exempt from tax as we ship from UK warehouses. For non-UK destinations, please contact info@cinereplicas.co.uk.
13. What are the delivery options available in the UK?
The UK delivery charge is £15. We offer free delivery for all UK orders over £500. Orders are delivered within 5 business days after invoice payment.
14. What delivery options are available for countries outside the UK?
We do not ship to countries outside the UK, please contact us for further support.
15. What countries can you ship to?
We currently offer UK shipping only. If you wish to purchase from outside the UK, please contact Cinereplicas directly. Availability may vary depending on global conditions and shipping partners.
